2014 Timeline:
The Foundation for Balance & Harmony worked in the following schools in Guatemala during 2014:
- “Enrique Gómez Carrillo” School No. 1, near the municipality of San Juan, in the mornings. Engli, Leidy, Andrés and Denis worked on Re-education.
- “Enrique Gómez Carrillo” School No. 1 in the afternoons. Hilario, Aracely, Nancy and Pedro worked on Re-education.
- “Enrique Gómez Carrillo” School No. 2, near the municipality of San Juan, in the mornings. Engli, Leidy, Sandra, Andrés and Denis worked on Re-education.
- “Enrique Gómez Carrillo” School No. 2 in the afternoons. Hilario, Aracely, Nancy and Pedro worked on Re-education.
- “San Juanerita” School, near the soccer field.. Engli, Leidy, Sandra, Andrés and Denis worked on Re-education.
- “La Salle” Catholic high school, near the Catholic Church. Denis and Nancy worked on basic pedagogy and Re-education.
- Various small private schools in which Dennis, Nancy and Pedro worked on basic pedagogy and Re-education.
- Re-education is a series of exercises including an "Education Kinesiology" balance, along with bi-lateral, hemispheric exercises to
strengthen the corpus colossus in the brain. In San Juan during 2014, we received 650 students. 250 of these students participated in Re-education.
During 2014, the Foundation for Balance & Harmony participated in the following activities in Guatemala:
- Training in Pana, in collaboration with Juliana.
- Worked in "William Batz" School in San Pedro doing Re-education and Basic Education, at the request of the school’s director.
- Taught in San Marcos doing Re-education and training many people.
- Basic pedagogy and Re-education were instructed at San Pedro at Guillermo Batz. There were 10 groups comprised of 200 students in Basic Pedagogy, and an additional 75 for Re-education.
- Worked with local kids with difficulties in San Pedro the afternoons, because they are in school in the morning. This included Basic pedagogy, and Re-education.
- Re-education time on Wednesday in San Marcos was used for additional practice. There were 3 groups, comprised of 25 students. Some of Denis’ other students also participated.
- The last three weeks of work was done at Denis’ residence, with visitors from San Marcos.
- An orthopedic specialist from Antigua was trained in the entire program.
- A teacher from a private German school in Mexico came to learn the techniques being taught.
- Worked with approximately 10 people seeking heart balance and a technique to help solve emotional issues.
